Well it’s Caribou Heart stuffed with onions, spices, breadcrumbs, etc. Very tasty! I’m sure all you teachers out there will be dreaming of such exotic treats in your staff room next week!

Jenn is starting a creative writing course today. How exciting! I'm proud of her for stepping out of her comfort zone. I just hope that she'll be willing to teach me a thing or two.
