Hello folks, another day in Deline. It’s rainy, windy and around eight degrees today. The school is still closed due to “safety reasons”. It’s giving me extra time to get things organized but it would be nice to get things started!

Yesterday afternoon I went for a swim in the lake. Keep in mind that the summer temperatures range between 3 and 6 degrees Celsius.



I went about 400 meters. The suit was great and people were around to scoop me out if need be! I was getting an ice cream headache every 30-40 strokes. Refreshing!




Well now I’m off for home and some grub. I’m starting my History of Western Canada course tonight! Yeah for me… ?
