Here are a few snaps from trips up Grouse Mountain here in Vancouver.  We bought seasons passes for this year, mainly for the snowshoeing in the winter but it's been getting lots of use in the last few weeks.

Watch out for the wild beasts!

This next sequence is riding down the gondola from top to bottom.  Sometimes there is a bit of fog.

Jennifer has been working on the BMO Grouse Grind Mountain Run and I was a willing participant.  I was hoping to break 50 min.  I went 44:50 which was a big jump forward.  It is tough if you push yourself.  It can be a nice hike if you just take your time.   Anyone coming out for a visit can enjoy one of Vancouver's must do's!
