Today I climbed the Grouse Grind for the third time in my life and It's crazy stuff. I have just registered for the race which is at the end of the month. I hope to break 50 min.
While in Halifax we went to the Dingle to see if it would be nice to take the wedding shots there. We both agree... It will be nice, very nice.

Mr. Waterhouse...i think you should tell the kind folks what time you did yesterday in the race...which included an extra 3-400 m's.
