Of course I thought she was a nice lady who, “I assumed” must be happily married! How wrong was I!! ;)
Some how we ended up alone more often than expected and created quite a friendship. I still don't know if it was more our own doing or the back door dealings by some of our friends... ?
All I knew was that this woman who, can bunny hop on a wake board, do a face plant hard in to the water and still come up smiling is worth a little more investigation!
She was a tad competitive though.

THen she asked me out! Our first lunch date local in TO some lovely ginger beef anyone? The rest is history!

I asked you out? That's not how I remember it. If I recall correctly I suggested that since we were going out after practice (original plan) that perhaps you could stay downtown. And we went to Shakespeare in the Park that evening...lunch was the next day! Day 2 of the date.
And by the way, I actually had people stop to ask what I was laughing and smiling about as I read your posting. It was a good one Mr. Waterhouse. I'm glad the bunny hop impressed you and that the competive streak didn't scare you.
Congrats on the engagement Trent! It sounds like you met your match in Jennifer.
