It's only -11 but it feels a lot cooler here in Deline. It been a busy few weeks and I have neglected many things that are now smacking me in the face. I think that the shorter days, new responsibilities with work added on the everyday work, missing Jenn, family, and friends have been adding to tension of being somewhat isolated.

It is being relieved right now by the excellent playlist sent up by Jenn a few weeks ago. When these mountains were the seashore, Hawksley Workman. Great tune!

I went to a sewing get together last night. I guess you could call it a first class stichn’ bitch. Unfortunately I couldn’t speak the language. It was fun though. I’m trying to repair some gloves that all the ladies have suggested I should just throw away! I hope to use the leather from a pair of older work gloves to replace the palm and inner thumb of my winter gloves.

It will be a challenge. The ladies are having a few giggles and I’m learning a few things? I wish that you could read the commentary on my mug in the picture. It says “ I’D RATHER BE FORTY THAN PREGNANT” Another chuckle for the ladies!

I also got my Passport! Sweet. Not that there are any plans to win the lottery move to Hawaii, surf, live out of a bus, make grilled cheese sandwiches and Blender drinks to sell on the road side. Xo

I hope everyone is well and not spending all of their time on FACEBOOK…Corey!
