I guess I should explain the team name Delfaxouverville. We decided to roll with a mix of towns that we are connected to.
Deline, Halifax, Vancouver, Lennoxville. I think it has a great ring too it!

During the run today we were testing out eating our snacks. The quartered granola bars were frozen so you have to suck on them for a while before chewing. The sports Gu that we are taking every forty-five minutes is almost like a hard caramel rather than a sports gel by the time we get to it. And lastly, the water bottles just freeze up thirty minutes in. I guess we have to store our treats closer to the jock!
